Founded in December of 2009, "Local Man Has Same Name" is an account of the fictional town of Vinland, Missouri through the eyes of the town newspaper. The newspaper, the Vinland Valley News, is run by 5 volunteer reporters who never attended journalism school. The stories in the paper are based on hearsay, rumor, and the work of other news organizations. We hope you like it as much as we like putting it together.
