Vinland Drug & Go announced the end of their partnership with area resident Burk Lindale this morning. Lindale, a long time "real-time product endorser" on the streets on Vinland, was let go when it was discovered that he had been working for a competing drug store in nearby Kansas City. Vinland Drug & Go owner Lance Rutherford sounded a bit wistful during the announcement, saying "Burk sold a massive amount of baby oil for my store. But a deal is a deal!"
In related news, Rutherford announced that Vinland Drug & Go will soon be hiring a replacement for Lindale. This is the first announced job opening in Vinland in two years.
